I’m a hobbyist beekeeper in Lancaster County, PA. My first foray into bees has now resulted in my first foray into blogs. I intend to document my experiences of keeping these incredible insects. I hope to have better success in the keeping than I do the documenting.
I currently belong to my local beekeepers club, the Lancaster County Beekeepers Society; in fact I’m the Vice President (how’d that happen?). This is a great organization who tries mightly to promote beekeeping and educate the public on the importance of honey bees.
